Auggy AI: A Conversational AI Assistant

Embracing AI may seem easy, but it’s often difficult to know what and how to implement it. To address this, we built a custom AI assistant. AI assistants with JIRA integration can help manage projects by tracking milestones and providing status updates. They can send timely reminders for critical deadlines and follow-ups, assign tasks, and track task progress. In addition to reminders, the chat assistant can generate insights about performance metrics.

At any given time, several users might be looking for answers to basic questions related to policies, PTO, holidays, and other benefits specified in the policy document. Auggy, a conversational chatbot, offers insightful and contextually relevant responses to user queries. Chat assistants like Auggy can also be effectively employed to gather employee feedback.

Auggy AI can schedule or reschedule meetings when users provide basic details about the event, such as the purpose, date range, and desired time slots. This chat assistant can access users' inboxes to read emails and retrieve information about unread messages.
