Challenges faced with their current product?
Our client had an existing product that was outdated. It needed to be modernized. Here were some of the issues with their older version:
- It used an older database that is not very scalable.
- It did not support multi-tenancy (multiple clients) on their older platform.
- It was not mobile friendly.
- The design and user experience was not modern.
Deliverables/Benefits:
Multi-tenancy application:
This allows Aramsco to manage multiple clients from their admin screens within their product.
Make it Mobile Friendly:
Our developers and designers built the product to look great on both desktop and mobile screens.
Admin Rights:
The platform allows for different admin rights including supervisor access and inspection level access.
Make it Modern:
We worked closely with the Acuity team to modernize the feel, look and user experience.
Modules:
The final product included a number of modules including scheduling, inspections and a number of reports.
Migration:
All the data from the previous platform was migrated to the new platform.
